I had an ascending aorta replacement and it could not have gone better. Dr. Ronson and his team were wonderful, reassuring and most of all direct and informative. I was discharged and on the way to a healthy life in 4 days and the team of nurses, APRNs, techs, and housekeeping were some of the nicest people I have ever met. I was super anxious and by the time I left I was so happy we were able to find and fix the problem.

Brought my mom for a 1245 appointment and arrived at 1231. We couldn't find the Cardio Vascular center and asked at the Bear entrance as that is where our GPS put us. They told us to go around to the front, by the ER. When we got there, the volunteer lady didn't know where the doctor was located. A nurse came by and escorted us to the check in counter. There we were told that we needed to be at the Bear entrance to check in. Once there, the lady at the desk was so rude. She told us we needed to go back to the 3rd floor. But in doing so, she commented that we were late.itvwas at that point 1244. I told her it was due to being told to go here and there then here again. She kept talking over me.

I was a patient of Dr Cejilo when she was with West Florida and and Vicky Merrill I have been having major problems ever since having covid and I called to get in this is September the 2nd the earliest that they will get me in to see my cardiologist isn't until November 10th months away I could be dead before then it is ridiculous that they can't put me in to see my cardiologist or her nurse practitioner person could be dead before getting an appointment.

Very good hospital and doctors they were responsible and caring i would recommend this hospital to anyone
