Great team! Kudos to my fantastic nurses ( Bendina & Ashley). These nurses are passionate, professional with high level standards that made my recovery speedy & pleasant. The hospitality service ( Jackie/Violet) from kitchen & Housekeeping was heartwarming. I feel that housekeeping should stop by both AM and PM. They are short staffed. The Nurse managers AM/PM (Cybil) need to be more proactive and vigilant of the patient needs. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the carelessness and accountability as seen in the fotos below. Moving forward, I see the Hospital (staff & Administration) on the right track achieving higher standards to meet the patient needs. Thanks M.Ed.

We went to Pembroke ER due to a sudden health emergency for my husband, which led to an urgent surgery. We were truly blessed to have an exceptional team who not only made us feel safe and supported, but cared for us as if we were their own family--always with warmth and a smile. 1. Dr. Mallis - An outstanding surgeon. He clearly explained the procedure, reassured us through a delicate situation, and ensured everything was handled with excellent care. 2. Sheila (Pharmacist) - She was present in the OR and was incredibly supportive. She checked on us at every step and made sure everything was managed with attention and care. 3. Jincy Jeorge (Head Nurse) - She cared for my husband with such tenderness and dedication, like she was looking after a family member. She also went above and beyond to help us get a private room, understanding both his post-surgery infection risk and mine due to my health reasons. She even escalated the request to hospital management to make sure our needs were met. 4. Neena (Head Nurse) - Truly phenomenal. She, along with Jincy, worked tirelessly to arrange a private room post-op and ensured we were cared for with genuine compassion. Their support made the hospital feel like home. 5. Dr Chen Anesthesiologist- Amazing doctor and made everything feel easy

I had an outstanding experience during my stay at Memorial Hospital Pembroke. From the moment I arrived, every member of the staff treated me with genuine care, professionalism, and compassion. I felt closely monitored, supported, and truly looked after the entire time, and they played a huge role in getting my condition under control. A special thank-you to, Dr. Nevett, Jincy, Jacqui, Beena, Nikki, Nicole, Suze and Emily, and so many others whose names I may not remember, but whose kindness I'll never forget. Each one of them was attentive, patient, and made sure I understood everything that was happening. Their warmth and dedication made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. I'm incredibly grateful for the entire team. Memorial Hospital Pembroke exceeded my expectations, and I truly appreciate the level of care I received. Highly recommend.

Received such great treatment from everyone. Great atmosphere as well, clean rooms. My nurse Anna was the best nurse....she was always there when needed. There were so many others who made my stay more ch better, including Dr. John, Dr. Malis, Sibel, and a few others who took care of me. Thank them for all they did.
