Patient
Dr. Liner is great. he has always provided thorough explanations of everything to me and calls me personally to let me know how tests, etc. are going. His staff... not so great. They tend to be a bit lazy on getting things done and act as though they are a bit above doing their jobs. I had an appointment for a follow up for last month. This appointment was made in January. His staff called me the day before this appointment after 2pm saying they needed a new referral from my primary or the appointment would be cancelled. I guess they expected me to stop work, call my primary and her to stop her practice to give them a new referral. Perhaps, a little more organization from the office manager is due. Maybe, you can check a week ahead of time for a valid referral, and then contact my primary directly and request it. I don't get paid to work there so I don't expect to do their job. Too bad, I couldn't see the Doctor because he is great. Maybe he will read this and get his staff in order. Or maybe, I'll just call him on his cell phone since he gave me his number and let him know. Either way, he's a great doctor.
