Dr. Narendra R Upadhyaya

Since September 02 2025, I have called Dr. Upa's office every day, because my mother-in-law was missing two medications for her heart and her blood pressure, in this trajectory they sent me to extension # 4 for the refills, she never answered me and sent me directly to voicemail, I left my message and nothing happened, I called again and the older lady at the front desk answered me rudely until yesterday I called 4 more times consecutively and this lady hung up on me, today October 16 2025, we went because we needed to see the doctor and get the medications and again this lady treated us very rudely so much so that we were leaving and they told us to turn around because they were going to see us, they left us waiting for 1 more hour until the doctor came out supporting this lady at the front desk and even literally threw us out of his office and told us to go to another cardiologist, the doctor and this lady at the front desk have no education, they are not professionals, they are rude because on top of all this I with the tests in my phone with the calls this lady kept yelling at me, I curse her mother's resentment, so rude what they have to do is fire her from this job because they have very bad customer service, we are very upset with that office, long story short we went to my mother-in-law's MD and well there we sorted out her medications and were able to get a new cardiologist. I do not recommend this office the Doctor is good up to a "certain" limit because first of all her sick relatives is the HP of the lady at the Front Desk and when you are a doctor or when you have a job you have to put your love life aside because for some reason you are a doctor and even more so a cardiologist, you go to those places because you are sick not to see any of them or to socialize, so for all that and everything else I am in a country of free speech, I am very outraged, my opinion is not even one star, they do not deserve it, I do not recommend either the doctor or his office. We must be aware. I have been left cold and stunned by this very bad experience today. And the pharmacy called them for the lack of medicines and they did not respond to the pharmacy either. What a huge lack of respect, my God.

I had a very distressing experience with Dr. Upadhyaya. After a routine check-up, he told me I had a severe heart condition and advised that I stop any physical activity, including exercising and dancing. He repeatedly adjusted my medications to lower my blood pressure for a CTA, which caused significant stress. I even had to cancel a planned trip to Europe. When I experienced chest and arm pain from the stress and asked whether I should go to the ER, he replied, "do whatever you want." At the hospital, I was given an emergency CTA, and everything came back normal. I was later diagnosed with shingles, which can be triggered by stress. I sought a second opinion from another cardiologist who confirmed I was in excellent health and that the test was unnecessary. When I requested my records, Dr. Upadhyaya initially refused, and I had to call multiple times and send a written request. Overall, this was one of the worst medical experiences I've had, and I would not recommend this physician.

Doesn't answer questions that the patient may have, very poor bedside manners. Talks a lot of unnecessary things. Liked to tell stories that really mean nothing. I have never been treated so rudely by a Doctor. He answers questions when he wants to not when patient wants to know. I do not recommend!!!

He is so stern, but in a fantastic way.He really isn't happy when you are not careful with your health and business as much as he is.That's a Dr that really is serious about your health. My #1 Fan.

Dr. Upadhyaya saw my husband for a medical clearance for the first time. Went beyond his way with the insurance company. The Dr was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, he took his time to listen and answer all his questions. We would highly recommend Dr. Naren Upadhyaya.
