Having a doctor who's only concern is your wellbeing and not being afraid to challenge your insurance company is the difference between preventing care and late term diagnosis. Thank you Dr. Diaz for always putting my needs above big corporations. I just can't say enough but I need to emphasize the quality of care and service by Dr. Diaz and his amazing staff!

The service provided in this medical office is truly inconceivable. In the beginning of last year I went to have my annual exam for which they sent the wrong billing codes to the laboratory which caused me to make a co-payment. I called my insurance and they explained to contact my doctor office to fixed the problem. My insurance suggested that if I want, I could use my annual visit later in the calendar year. In the month of November, I returned for my annual exams and the same thing happened again. The exam was billed incorrectly which caused another co payment that wouldn't be necessary on an annual exam. I called quest diagnostics and they explained they received the exams which did not reflect annual codes. I called my insurance and they told me the same thing that I should call my doctor to correct the error. It took me more than 6 months of calling the doctor's office almost every other week and they promised to correct the error. I did not receive a single call from them showing that they were working to solve the problem. Today I decided to ask for the manager or Dr. Diaz himself, obviously they were busy but in the end I received a call from the manager, a person who did not know anything about the case, she began to explain to me things about the insurance without knowing anything about my specific issue, without allowing me to speak, raising her voice unprofessionally without allowing me a word. Finally, I was allowed to explain superficially the specifics but she was repeatedly talked over and ultimately not allowed to explain, all this was accomplished with a very bad attitude. said she was going to call my insurance because she was right. It should be noted that a month ago I had already changed my doctor due to the lack of professionalism due to the poor administration in this office. The conversation with the manager confirmed that it was definitely the best decision. It is inconceivable to have a person without manners or education in charge of an office. Now I understand why the whole administrative lacks follow through. I regret leaving this office because I was happy with Doctor Carla.

To begin with I have been going to this office for a few years now and have been happy with the care provided by Doctor Carla. Unfortunately over the last six months I have run into issues with the administrative staff. I attended my annual exam in November 2023, as I done in the years before and everything seemed to go as usual. Unfortunately, my lab exams were coded incorrectly which caused a co-payment. Since this error, my wife has contacted the office over 10 times in the past six months but nothing has been resolved. We contacted the insurance company and were informed a simple change in the billing codes would solve the problem but I assume this task to be too complicated for the offices administrative staff. Finally, we were able to speak directly with the office manager and to our dismay the manager was uninformed and flat out rude and unprofessional, not allowing us to explain and be talked over and dismissed. I am astonished that this behavior exists inside the administrative staff which I had not experienced prior but I guess this explains the ineptitude. I'm will definitely be changing doctors but am sad to leave Doctor Carla.
