I love coming to this office the doctors and the staff are very good also the experience that I had with the new office manager she helped me with a mammogram ultrasound event that she sent me to and everything went great and now with the transportation she was able to get me somebody right away and waited for me outside until I got my ride

I have been seeing Dr. Fichera (now Fichera-Macaluso) since 2014. She is the best primary care doctor I could ever want! I have a lot of medical problems because I have a rare genetic condition. I have about 20 specialists that i see for various things and I have had 10 surgeries since she has been my doctor. In the past I have been told by other PCPs that my case is too complex and i should find another doctor (because their office is bogged down with notes and results from all my specialists). Dr. Fichera is nothing like that. She is always so kind and compassionate! Sometimes her office can be busy and I have to see her Nurse Practitioners and they have all been amazing! Since 2014, I have moved about 40 minutes away from her office but still happily make the drive to her office because I'm so happy with the way she treats her patients. Honestly, even if I moved several hours away, I would still happily make the drive to her office.

The office and staff are wonderful. The manager is exceptional. She's kind patient and friendly.

I've been a patient of Dr Fichera from when she started working at the Medical Building at Memorial hospital West. I'm pretty sure I was one of her first patients. I remember when she joined that office. I liked her immediately. She had great knowledge and showed tremendous care. She'. a brilliant Dr. She has taken great care of all my medical needs. She always explained everything throughly. I felt she went above and beyond. Since COVID... Everything changed. Most of her staff are new and rude, dismissive and impatient.

I was judged on appt with dermotologist Dr Pa who supposedly called Dr Fucera and said I was neurous nice huh and emer Dr said i was hallucinating. Well good thing I found a new prime who has identified the bites I had a sent me to derm dr who has pics and treatment for it. Also refers cardiologist who does Mugg test. And he did not advise it is done with radiation. 10 years of good service down the drain.......
