What a disappointment. I am used to the welcoming and caring staff of the Plaza Linda and Hialeah Conviva Centers. In this one, they didn't even look at me when I walked in and said, "sign in". Then, I waited one hour past the time of my lab work appointment, despite arriving the recommended 15 minutes prior to the time

I've been teaching at the fitness center for almost six years and am happy to be a part of such a great community. Kerrie Shechter has been the fitness coordinator since I started and she's done a wonderful job keeping the seniors moving and having fun.

Coming to class on Mondays is keeping me moving and socially engaged. Kerrie Shelter is on charge of the community center. She and her instructors do a fabulous job !!! There are also classes on technology and pertinent informative lectures on topics of concern for seniors health and well being. A great place to exercise, learn, and be social all in one. Thank you Kerrie and staff.

I have been a client at this facility for several years. I can depend on Desiree and Katherine to welcome everyone with a smile and cordial greeting. Not just clients but co-workers as well. Even on the busiest days, they both remain composed; ready, willing & able to help everyone. I have seen how they both are so patient & caring for elderly patients. It is nice to walk in and be recognized by name. I hope my appreciation will be passed along to them. Dr Alina Rivera makes me feel like she is really concerned about whatever is bothering me. I believe she values me because she doesn't make me feel like just another patient. She takes her time and considers my habits, my personal behavior & lifestyle when choosing treatments. I feel like we are partners in my health journey.

I recently visited this medical center with the primary goal of gathering information for my grandmother's potential transfer. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly girl at the front desk Katherine, whose friendly welcome set a positive tone for my visit. She was incredibly helpful, providing all the necessary information I needed regarding services, specialties, and the overall environment of the center. What struck me most was her attentiveness; she took the time to answer all my questions. The medical center itself was well-organized and had a welcoming ambiance, which further reinforced my impression of a caring environment. Based on this initial visit, I feel optimistic about transferring my grandmother here. The combination of a helpful front desk experience and a nurturing atmosphere makes me comfortable recommending this center. I hope that the level of care continues to meet my expectations as we move forward.
