Well, he's a good doctor but office needs better management. I requested an appointment for annual check up and hearing test. After waiting approximately 1 and 1/2 hrs, I was told the hearing tester was not there that day. Patients should be contacted prior to the visit, so they can decide what to do. My dad saw Dr. Drucker yesterday. Staff was very kind and professional. Very clean office. My dad was seen after 10 minutes wait. Which I consider to be awesome. Dr. Drucker performed a very though history and physical. Took his time with my dad. Reviewed hearing test results in depth with simple language to my dad. The Audiogram tech was also very nice and professional. Everyone with a smile and friendly caring attitude. I highly recommend Dr. Drucker to everyone. I and my dad had and excellent experience. Dr. Drucker is bilingual. Fluent in Spanish. My dad a 87 yr old man who does not know English. Appreciated the excellent medical care of Dr. Drucker. Glad we went to this ENT office.

For the first visit, I was genuinely impressed with the staff and especially the doctor. He did a thorough examination and listened, truly listened to what I had to say. To me, this is a BIG plus. We discussed options for my condition, and they set me up for follow-up diagnostic testing to see if we can come up with the root cause of my issue. I would have no problem recommending him for anything that had to do with your ear, nose, and throat.

This is a wonderful medical practice. Dr. Drucker and his staff are professional, welcoming and focused on your medical needs. I have been a patient of Dr. Drucker for more than 30 years and I highly recommend him.

No long wait in waiting room-actually walked into examination room one minute before my appointment time. Dr Drucker thoroughly discussed my current health issues with me. Staff was efficient checking me out. Very pleasant experience each time I have had a Dr Drucker appointment.
