Was referred to him by my previous primary care doctor as she retired and my entire family had been very pleased with the care that you receive from not only him, but his entire staff. Always friendly and very quick to assist you. So grateful to have such a wonderful doctor to make this transition smoothly.

I am messaging on behalf of my mom. I take care of my 79 year old momma. In the last month I have been forced to have the doctor send a new prior authorization to the insurance because my mom had a new insurance company. The nurse Linda has been very snarky and rude. She makes it like it is an inconvenience to her to get my mother her diabetic prescriptions. In the meantime, my mom has gone weeks without her diabetic prescriptions. Linda is putting danger into my mom. She has told me that she only does these authorizations in between patients when she's not Seeing patients, however, I asked her when does she not see patients and she said the only time she does not see Patient is during her lunch, but she does not do the authorizations during her lunch . This is unethical and dangerous as a nurse. You should take an oath to provide care to your patience. Instead, she is being careless And dangerous. I will be talking to my mom about seeking another doctor. We love, Dr. Galani , However, his nurse Linda is putting his patience in danger!

While I do agree the Doctor is very pleasant and knowledgeable you can't call his office for an appointment when your feeling ill for oh maybe 3 weeks in my case. I was told to go to the ER if I couldn't wait and was THAT sick. Now I have approximately $1200.00 ER bills totally not necessary. I understand Drs are busy but would suggest he cut an hour or so into his day for emergency appointments. I need a Dr I can rely on an he is not it.

I called the office yesterday morning and ask for urgent appointment. She said what's wrong? I said fever,cough, sore throat sinus it's all in my head and larynx.She said sounds like covid we can't see you. I said it's not Covid. It's all in my head its upper respiratory. She said you will need to go to walk in clinic. I said so I am an established patient of 5 yrs that needs urgent treatment and your telling me that my primary care internal medicine doctor won't see me? And I will have to go to walk-in clinic? She says yes ma'am have a nice day. Time to find a new doctor

Dr Gilani and his entire staff have always been very caring and professional. Never has my mother been pushed away, always attending to her healthcare needs. Our family and Dr Gilani have a long history as our healthcare provider for more than 20+ years. Thank you Dr Gilani and staff for all you do for your patients.
