My grandma had an appointment there and when we arrive we are told the doctor had an emergency. This was almost two months ago. The secretary or nurse not sure what she is saids that he will come out to see her because she is in a facility. Twice he was suppose to come out and nothing. Everytime I call to follow up. I'm put on hold and when I ask for a call back nothing! I even ask the facility to call and they can't get a return call back as well ! Very uncaring and unprofessional ! Will not recommend
