The place was unclean, i watched these people for a month Come in and clean and it was not a proper cleaning. My dad went in with low blood sugar and never came out of the hospital again. While he was there he got spinal manningitis sepcie and was in horrible pain with it all. He needed to be fed, which was noted on the paperwork. Every. Time I went in with each meal, It was still sitting there cold with a cute little flower on the plate. Every time I would ask a question the response I always got was"I don't know " some nurses were very kind, and Some more like robots in the motion for a paycheck. So disappointed with the caretakers these days. I told them there was blood in his stool, and they ignored me. A week later they acknowledge that there was blood in the stool and the nurse assured me there was none. That nurse would never look me in the eyes after that. They're not taking their time diagnose, just assume and go on with their day.

On 11/25/2025 I toolk my wife Martha to the ER. She received the most outstanding care! We didn't get the names of all the team members in the ER, but they were all excellent! Not one of them lacked of patience or compassion for my wife. Jacqueline and Maria were two names we did remember. Jacqueline was able to determine within a few minutes what the problem was and began administering care for my wife. Maria was a nurse, before discharging my wife had blood pressure concerns, that Maria immediately addressed. This team truly helped my wife in so many ways. My wife was so scared and nervous and they calmed and helped her in such a compassionate way. They also gave us plenty of options for aftercare. It really seemed as they connected with her and understood the pain and we're so amazing with my wife. My wife and I are beyond thankful and would choose this hospital again and would also recommend if your in need and have the option, that you should choose them too. Outstanding in patient care all the way around!

The ER visit process was very smooth. I took my child in during the evening and he was provided great care by the team. The staff was caring and treated my son well. We were triaged, given testing/X-rays and treated in a timely manner. The experience was as great as it could be when dealing with a sick child, I definitely recommend them for when you need an ER visit.

Nice staff. Limited interaction. I was in the hallway way a long time waiting for a room to be deep in cleaned. Was happy to wait. I kept hearing the different team members complaining about changes and not knowing, and lack of communication. They seemed really frustrated. I needed to go home and wait for surgical consult so I did not need a room. I hope someone helps them get what they need. Seem like good people.

After check in was taken to a room rather quickly. Then a long wait supposedly because it was busy with other people with more urgent need than I had. Once I was seen I was treated with great respect and thoroughly treated. PA Saylor and Nurse Williams we're very caring while treating my wound. Thanks to all!
