Dr. Manzoor and Dr. Adami and staff have helped me greatly in addressing my diabetic issues and given me hope about getting my health back on track. The staff has gone above and beyond in helping me when insurance or the pharmacies run into problems. When the pharmacy kept delaying my medication, I needed help in the minutes before closing on a Friday. The staff helped me get my desperately needed medication filled just in time, so I wouldn't have to go all weekend without it. Most other offices would just let you wait till Monday whenever they get around to it - but here they stayed late to help me when I really needed it. Great staff that really cares and can help you with your diabetic issues. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Great Doctor, very friendly has help me with my A1C. Keeps a check on my thyroid and weight. Wouldn't want another doctor and he has really good PA's and his nurses are very friendly too. His staff is always busy but very helpful. Only had to wait once about 3 years ago but the nurses let me know he was running late...Last year I was in a rehab hospital when he found out he came every day to check on me...

I keep getting referred here and I'm not a fan. 1. If you're going to hire people to call patients on the phone in English, they should first be a fluent English speaker. I'm not going to stress out trying to understand whatever language accent your employee is talking in, nor am I going to repeat myself 2-3 times.
2. Endocrinology is only possible through lab testing. If you can't even arrange to have lab samples drawn on-demand, on-site, seamless to the patient, why are you even in business? I think you've forgotten that you're providing a service, not a favor.

Office is clean. But you rarely can get a person on the telephone. If they put you on hold they may or may not pick the phone back up. Almost impossible to get medicine refills unless your there. I was billed for appointment i never had. They billed insurance and I'm still having this problem with the offoec for 7 months
