Healthcare is getting darker every day. Adventhealth uses God's name but doesn't deliver that message in their care or caring for others. Be careful with all medical advice, treatments, procedures, tests. Listen to that calm small voice before taking their advice. I'm sorry I ever used this company and I am blessed to part ways with them. God Bless all and I pray The Lord soften their hearts to TRUTH.
Had an appointment scheduled months in advance, I get a confirmation text stating it's for a different doctor. I call the office immediately and they tell me that my doctor is gone, but they've rescheduled me to a different doctor in this office at the same date and time. I drive 35 minutes to this location only to find out that they CANCELED my appointment because whoever tried to reschedule it didn't do it correctly. I took a day off of work for this, and now am without a primary care physician and any way to refill my medications. Thanks Advent health. Go elsewhere if you value your time. Because they don't.
Dr Ramlogan is the best doctor hands down. He did my surgery and I'm loving my results. The staff is always polite and professional. I recommend anyone to go his office
Despite people who work hard at this location and are personable, they have serious problems with their patient scheduling system. Imagine it taking 3 calls and 6-7 weeks to get in to see your primary care doctor after you've had a hospital ER visit and hospitalization; then when you finally show up for your scheduled appointment, they have no record of it. My wife is too ill to be put through this. And as her caregiver, I don't have the patience nor the time to battle a malfunctioning doctor's office. All that has us looking elsewhere. I pray you can improve.
