Went to this Dr. for the first time and I guess the last. Dr. was Ok and assistant, but there is a lady CAROL in that office that is rude and has no manners at all especially over the phone. I called twice to BEG for a referral from this Dr - to a maxillofacial surgeon I FOUND - I told this woman and the Dr... I AM IN EXTREME PAIN ~ they promised to help me ... and I am still waiting after almost 2 months. On top of that I have Medicare and a co- insurance... I received a bill from them for $162....??? WHY ? I was supposed to go there for blood and urine tests... I don't think so. I could not imagine the bill $$$ they would charge me. I waited so many months to see this Dr. and all I got was disappointment and no help at all! I am in terrible pain - but they just don't care. Don't waste your time going there!
