From the front desk to the waiting room I had a great experience greeted with the smile and can I help you. Then Madison the nurse laid me in and took my concerns to have them ready to doctor Dr. Chen. Madison was awesome. Dr Chen was awesome You made me feel comfortable and paid attention to any concerns that I may have had building our rapport because it was our first time meeting one another. I am very thankful because he seems to be someone that doesn't just consider me a number or name on the paper he genuinely talk to me and looked at me beyond just as a patient in the office waiting. Thank you for that great first time cardiologist experience with Dr Chen in Madison and also when checking out it was just as wonderful as checking in.
