My experience with the Ormond Beach location has been awesome. The doctors take time to explain in detail to make sure you understand your situation. They ask for your thoughts or concerns. The staff is very professional while being friendly and make you feel comfortable to be there. I recommend Complete Cardiology Care to anyone needing a great cardiology team.

Thank God for the Doctors and staff in this office. They are the best . When I go to Complete Cardiology once I step out of the elevator, I know I'm in good hands. Everyone is so polite and empathetic. They are all Professionals, and about the office , it is always very clean and comfortable. These are the best cardiologist in Ormond Beach. I have going to them for over five years. God bless them.

The staff at this doctor's office is truly exceptional. The front desk team is incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to assist with any changes or concerns. In the back, the technicians and doctors are just as friendly. They listen intently and have wonderful bedside manners, making every visit a great experience.

My daughter has been going to this location for years. And today a staff member name David was very rude to her on the phone. He behaved as if he was high on drugs, because every time she tried to tell him important information, he would began talking fast and wouldn't let her finish speaking, and insulting when he couldn't understand her. Also I wonder if doctors are aware of his poor treatment of their patients. It is disgusting how he spoke to my daughter. And yes we had the phone on speaker. She signaled me to listen. No one should be treated like this battling heart failure. This man is very unprofessional. And this office needs to train the staff on how to treat patients properly.

Your office you to be kind, compassionate and caring however your front office girl Aaliyah lacks customer service skills, respect and basic listening skills! Some people can not take off of work multiple days for multiple appointments and for some reason she nor the staff understand that! What happened to having the echo and follow up appointment on the same day? Are you going to be paying my bills for multiple days of missing work? Of course not! I will be switching to a new Electrophysiologist because you all have done nothing for me. Im in SVT every day, still having issues and you wont give me an ablation because im too young. Im done!
