Highly do not recommend going here. It's unfortunate because I really like Dr. Pal however his business is being terrorized by the rude front desk staff. From the very first call I received from them they were rude like I inconvenienced them. Demanding that I give my social over the phone, questioning me why I would choose to go there, that I chose a time that doesn't work with the doctors schedule when they are the ones that put the time slots in the first place. I thought maybe I misunderstood the tone of the call so I went anyway and the 15 minutes I sat in the waiting room. I overheard 3 calls from the same staff argue with patients over their appointments. But that still wasn't the breaking point. I saw and met Dr. Pal which was a very pleasant visit. The nursing staff included. It was the experience after when the rude old women came up smirking at me saying "I have an update on your insurance" "next visit is going to be $350" and "oh and the next visit you're going to have to pay 20% which is $932!" As if she was happy she was going to get me to pay that much. I went home did research and got completely different answers and found I was being price gouged by their coding and when I called to cancel it was an issue. They went as far as calling my wife incompetent. It took everything in me to not cuss this women out. This staff is absolutely ruining this place. If Dr. Pal is wondering why people are canceling their appointments it's because the two front desk employees. They need serious training on how to treat clients
