Review for Dr. Dara's Office 7/25/2025 I had an appointment with Dr. Dara today at 11:45 AM. I arrived early at 11:30 AM, checked in, and was brought back to the exam room shortly after. A nurse saw me and told me the doctor would be in shortly. However, I waited alone in the exam room for almost 45 minutes. I opened the door at one point to try and get someone's attention and saw the doctor facing the desk. I waited some more until a nurse came in and asked if I needed anything. I asked how much longer it would be before the doctor saw me, and she said I was next. Still, no one came. Ten minutes later, I opened the door again and spoke to the man at the desk, telling him I had been waiting for over an hour. I told him I would only wait five more minutes because this was unacceptable. After those five minutes passed with no response, I left the office. I later called and asked for someone named Mariana to give Dr. Dara a message: that my time is just as important as hers, and I found the experience to be completely unprofessional. I will not be returning. Patients deserve respect and consideration -- especially when dealing with health concerns. Unfortunately, that was not the case here.

This office is a complete disaster, and I regret ever giving them another chance. After leaving a less-than-stellar review previously, the office manager called and begged me to delete it, promising to resolve my issues. Foolishly, I agreed--but never again. This is hands-down the worst medical office I have ever dealt with. They never answer the phone. Ever. I've left countless messages, only to be met with complete radio silence. No returned calls, no follow-ups, nothing. For months, I've been trying to resolve an $859 lab bill from Quest Diagnostics due to the doctor inputting the wrong billing codes. I did my due diligence, called my insurance, contacted Quest, and gathered all the necessary information for the doctor to fix her mistake. After weeks of trying, I finally got through to someone who instructed me to email the details--which I did immediately. Weeks passed without any acknowledgment. I sent a follow-up email and left more messages. Still nothing. Only the doctor can make the corrections. Now, here we are in December, and I'm still stuck in limbo, unable to get a single response from this office. The lack of professionalism and basic to decency is astonishing. It's sad to say, but I will no longer be seeing Dr. Dara--not because of her, but because her staff is absolutely incompetent. This office is a nightmare, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Stay far, far away.

Dra. Dara Suvarchala is an excellent Dra. In Cardiology. She is very professional and great and very nice person. She remember good her patients . I recommend to any patient .
