Check in and check out process needs work at front desk. I waited almost 40 minutes to be seen because front desk check in procedure did not update/complete my new insurance info correctly upon arrival. On a positive note, once I was finally seen, Dr Koneru and her associates were excellent! Very friendly and efficient.
Knowledgeable, listens to me and answers my questions and adresses all concerns. She is a soft spoken and kind physician. If CHF is your problem, I highly recommend Dr. Koneru.
