I recently underwent a medical procedure, and I would like to formally express my sincere appreciation to Michael and Bryan for the exceptional care they provided. From the moment I arrived, both individuals demonstrated outstanding professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail. They took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the process, ensuring that I understood what to expect and felt completely comfortable throughout. Their calm, reassuring presence greatly eased my anxiety, and their coordinated approach made the entire experience smooth and efficient. Michael and Bryan were consistently attentive, respectful, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring my well-being. It was evident that they take tremendous pride in their work and hold themselves to the highest standards of patient care. Thanks to their skill and kindness, what could have been a stressful and overwhelming experience became one marked by confidence and trust. I was truly impressed by the level of comfort and professionalism they provided. I will not hesitate to recommend Michael and Bryan to my family, friends, and anyone seeking exceptional medical care.

Handicapped accessibility is poor with no power door and a small vertical threshold. Tried to help a lady and her husband get in, but the small wheels on her powered wheelchair could not climb up the tiny step. A small ramp and power door would help. The office was very clean. Staff friendly.

Has got to be one of the most unprofessional medical offices in Orlando. Good luck acquiring your medical records after your appointment or for getting clarity on a diagnosis. I had to call my insurance company to call the doctor to provide documentation on my diagnosis as the office was not providing that info. They advertise a patient portal on their cite to get your records - yet the portal has not worked for over a year. Good luck getting anyone to pick up the phone either.

Do not recommend this place. Unfriendly and Unprofessional staff. Waited 45 minutes to be called back by an unfriendly assistant, just to answer a couple of questions and be told to go wait back in the lobby because they don't have enough rooms. After waiting another 45 minutes the doctor finally came in two hours into my scheduled appointment. Just for him to ask a couple of questions, then leave abruptly for over 10 minutes, then come back to finish the questions and send me out. Not to mention multiple staff members coming in the room during my consultation to ask him for stuff.This doctor is the rudest doctor I have ever been seen by. He speaks to you in a condescending and rude way like he's in a rush and you are wasting his time. He doesn't care or listen to what you have to say he only asks short ended questions to check off some boxes and get you out of there. The way he speaks to patients is concerning. Appointment was at 12 and I didn't leave the office till 3pm. Stay away from this office and Doctor.

I had too many bad experiences from the doctor here. They call me to take patients to the hospital after they've screwed up.
