I waited a month to see someone only for them to cancel it 2 days prior without attempting to reschedule me, or assist me in anyway. Don't bother coming here if staff treat you like a transaction.

Like The doctor. But had two test scheduled, when I arrived they told me that there would be 3 hours between test. Spent over six hours not able to eat or drink since the night before and expected to wait in their lobby the whole time. Had same procedure at different faculty prior and it was completed within three hours. Will not schedule any further appointments at this office. Several staff members were pleasant a few did not like their jobs and were unpleasant.

Dr Akram and his whole staff is absolutely outstanding!!! Very caring helpful and professional!!!

Should be upfront with cost was told they could not give me an estimate how how much care would cost or if my insurance would cover it. Also I was left with a $700 bill and constant harassament from the company they use for 24 hr ekg monitor. Also was charged a copay for not even a nurse to "hook up" the monitor and hand me a cellphone. Would not be going back instead of actually caring for patients they see you as walking money

This facility is not for African American males , after not receiving medical care that I seen from their doctors I was force to file a medical complaint against one of the doctors , and with risk management. Due to the lack of proper treatment my condition has worsened and now a medical lawyer is reviewing the medical records to move this into a court. This office pick and choose who they want to care for .
