Dr Fahey and his staff are wonderful. He is always happy to answer questions and he approaches our appointments with thoughtfulness -- I don't ever feel like I'm on an assembly line being issued the same standard treatment -- in fact at my last appointment, I had read just the night before about a new type of test that provides more insight into high cholesterol and was about to ask about it, when he brought it up himself! . I truly feel well cared for and valued as a person at this practice.

I love Dr. Fahey. He listens, takes his time and speaks very clearly to make sure you understand what's going on. He gives you time to ask questions and answers all of them every time. I have worked with a lot of cardiologists and after working with Dr Fahey and see how he treats people, I knew he was the Dr I wanted to take care of me and my husband.

If I can give zero stars, I would. After scheduling a new patient appointment over a month ago, I received a call 1 week prior to being seen THAT my appointment had to be cancelled because the physician "will not be in town". I originally had a generic cardiology referral from my PCP and because the office attached FAHEY to it, they refused to schedule me a new appointment with a new physician until I obtained a new referral. All they had to do on their end was cancel out that referral, I still have the generic referral which is still valid, they just refused to the leg work. I know this because I've worked in the medical field for over 30 years. Plus on top of all that the care credit situation also came up as a form of payment and 3 people yesterday told me yes I can use care credit as long as I pay on FL hosp app. Today a no name person left me a voice message stating that they do not accept CARE CREDIT. I called back and the representative (I will leave names out of it/ but they ALL need to be re-trained and be on the same page) did not know which way the wind was blowing. She kept talking to me about the referral, which was not the subject at hand at the moment, it was care credit. But at this point if this office has been such a headache, I truly do not and refuse to schedule with any physician in this practice. Horrible -- RE-TRAIN your people and if you are cancelling after over a month waiting for this appointment, this is bad practice, it's cardiology, not a joke - you are literally messing with peoples hearts and health. DO BETTER, BE BETTER!!! A very disappointed would've been patient. Elizabeth R

Great service, arrived for appt. Was called almost immediately. Just wish I could see Dr. at Ovedio office as it's much more convenient. Don't understand why Advent would discontinue Doctors visit at this location. Other than that great visit.
