The service I received from Dr Quintana was excellent. Her customer care goes out of their way to ensure courteous and respectful treatment. She speak and listen in a manner that conveys a sincere desire to understand and assist where necessary. She answer questions clearly and accurately. She is a professional in every sense of the word. She is extremely competent in her specialty, Acupuncture, and leaves you with the distinct impression that they have been dealt with competently. She is a credit to her profession. I would rate her Five Star.

To whom it may concern, I want it to make know that Claremedica in Orlando FL is the best place to be taken care of ! All staff and doctors are not only professional but they're very caring and attentive to the patients need. Me and my husband will be moving out of state and we regret not being able to stay longer in this clinic. We hope we will find the same loving care and attention that your clinic have given us. I would give 0 stars if it was possible. This is the worst medical practice I have ever been to. It is highly unprofessional the way the administrative and medical staff treat their patients. I had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Luis Alvarado Lopez and when I showed up for my appointment I was told that I could not be seen because he had an emergency. I was very upset since it took me more than 30 minutes to get there. However I rescheduled and made no complaints. Today I showed up for the rescheduled appointment that was confirmed 2 days ago and was told they could not find me in their system and I have no appointment scheduled. No one even tried to ask the provider to squeeze me in since it is not my fault that they messed up again. I am diabetic and I need to get my medications to manage this condition. I cannot get medications without being seen by a doctor first. I just moved from NYC to Florida and this is the worst experience I have ever had trying to see my PCP. They do not care about their patients or customer service.

And I am a patient at ClareMedical Center and I am very happy to be part of the center of love, a place of brotherhood, the right place to fill empty hearts with the hope that tomorrow will be a better day, thanks to the very professional directors and the workers who strive every day, even though I am Greek, they gave me a warm welcome and understanding about my health and also my wife became a member and we are family. This office doesn't answer the phones. I called multiple times to make an appointment with no answer. One the calls I made, someone answered and two seconds later hung it like you could hear the phone being slammed down. This is so awful and I've never had an office with terrible service. I would never recommend this office!!! Do better and this is coming from someone who works in healthcare for 8 years!
