I am beyond grateful for the exceptional care and attention my husband received from Cynthia Louise Thomas Hayes, APRN and the entire team at the AdventHealth Medical Group Tina Hidalgo Heart Care Center From the very first visit, we felt welcomed and reassured by their professionalism and compassion. Not only did they provide top-notch medical care, but they also made sure we never had to worry about the financial aspect. It was a huge relief knowing that they truly cared about my husband's well-being, without stressing us out about the costs. Every visit felt like he was in capable, caring hands, and it's rare to find such a combination of skill and empathy. I am truly thankful for their support in my husband's health journey. A special thank you to Kevin, who was always so kind, helpful and made each visit very pleasant.

After my open heart surgery in June of 2023, I was set up with this office as I was uninsured. I've been to the office, maybe 6 or 8 times, and had phone appointments as well. I can't say enough about the office. They treat you like you are their only patient the moment you step in the door. Kevin works the desk, and makes you feel at ease, and welcome. The nurses who take your vitals, are great. And then there is Cynthia, the nurse practitioner. She is the kindest provider I've ever had and she knows her "stuff". Never rushes you and so compassionate. I hope she knows what a godsend she is and I truly appreciate the care I receive from this office.

After dealing with cardiologists that make you feel stupid and small ,I had the pleasure of meeting Cynthia Hayes, APRN and she made me feel like I was important to her and talked to me like I was a human. She took time to explain things that other doctors had not told me and for that I am thankful. You're an amazing APRN and you give me hope for the first time after being told by two doctors I'm going to die. Thank you

I was so blessed to have found this place. The staff was so nice and took care of me while I did not have insurance. I just want to thank them for everything they did for me until I got insurance. I saw them for probably about eight months. They saved my life! Thank you all so much you are so wonderful!

I've been in the care of the Heart Care Center for about a decade. They are the most patient, compassionate , and professional people you will ever have the pleasure of meeting. Being uninsured they have been a godsend. I cannot recommend,bor thank, them enough.
