The doctor is excellent and very knowledgeable. However, the scheduling process needs improvement. Patients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early, yet appointments often run an hour late. For those traveling long distances, this can be very frustrating and feels like a waste of valuable time. I hope the clinic can work on being more efficient with their scheduling. Time management is essential.
At 5 months old my son had to have open heart surgery, he had a rare case with a hole in his heart. Dr Mora and his team are the ones who performed the surgery and were successful in fixing my sons heart. What him and his team did for my son and our family is a miracle, they walked us through what would happen and I can never thank them enough for their work. Dr zussman is the one who caught the issue in order for it to be taken care of, they all are absolutely amazing and my son is going on 2 years old now perfectly healthy because of all of their hard work.
My husband had a PET scan at this facility this morning. Everyone was very professional and pleasant. Alan and Paula were great. I told Paula that my husband needed results before his surgery date on 4/21. She assured us that she will personally let Dr. Fahey know. At 2:30pm the results were available in the patient portal. Thank you Paula!
Scheduled a 7:30 AM appointment so I can make it to work on time.. Sat in the lobby for over 35 minutes. Finally had to ask when I could see the PA. Was told that they were not here yet and staff was not available yet either. Very mismanaged! But after 45 minutes, I was able to see a fantastic nurse practitioner who provided excellent advice. Maybe it was worth the wait...
Took my elderly mother there. The doctor is really good, front desk staff is good, ultrasound lady is very nice. But the heart monitoring staff was rude and had an attitude. She spoke unbelievably fast in explaining how to use the monitor and when I tried ask questions, she said "just read the instruction in the box". She was in a rush to get us out. Worst staff I met with at this office. I feel bad for this treatment other elderly patients had to face with her.
