I called on 21st to make an appointment. But the front desk would not take the time to call my insurance. So I had to go to another office where they were more then willing to help. So now they have a new patient.

Most unfriendly Dr office ever. Very unprofessional and unwelcoming. They have a window inthe front desk that they close and nobody welcomes you or even cares if you waiting. Waited over 1hr after my appt time to be seen by the doctor.
