The staff are very professional competent and friendly. Dr. Venzon is highly competent, friendly and listens to his patients with an intensity that most Doctors don't have. He always finishes his exam with the question "are there anymore questions or concerns that I can help you with"? I highly recommend this doctor!
Everyone I saw today were lovely!! I appreciated them and their care! 100%! I thought I was going to see the Dr about the test result from the test Dr Barba did in May! We were there in July, drove from NC. Seems the Dr did not receuve the test results. We drove and got a copy, took it back to the office. Thought I would get a call or contacted as to what he thought about the test. Nothing! We Came in from NC for this appointment today, thinking I would get a review, at least, of that test, and still nothing.
Dr Venzon was very pleasant. He explained everything and made sure I had a clear understanding of what the plan of care would entail. I was very satisfied with my visit with Dr Venzon.
My grandmother was scheduled to see the doctor at the Halifax location, and when she walked in, was treated with such disrespect because an elderly woman was unable to give her insurance card prior to a visit when I called today to speak to the supervisor I was given the same disgusting behavior by the admin, staff and supervisor due to the fact that Amanda and Noelia for that practice have no respect for patience. I would advise no one sees this provider because it is a reflection on Dr Venzon How his staff treats patients
This was my. husband 's first visit with Dr. Venzon. He took time to explain the test and course of treatment that he wpuld recommended. We felt confident in him. He was also very cordial and profesional. We would highly recommended him.
