Patient
You cannot get a hold of their office for anything. Being in cardiology, you would think there would be a sense of urgency, but that's not the case. My insurance was authorized over a month ago (yes, it takes several months to get an appointment), and now that my appointment is in two days, they're asking about my insurance again. I've called the office, left messages, but you have to wait days to get a call back. Then when you do, if you miss the call (I was at work) they don't leave a voicemail, and you have to wait another 24 hours to get a call back. I've babysat my phone waiting for their call, and of course I missed it. After waiting for months to get in, I'll just assume my heart is fine. My primary care doctor spoke so highly of them, but it's been nothing but a headache
