This was my first visit to the Cardiovascular Institute of Florida and I was very impressed. First, was the kiosk check in where I need a little help. No problem, because before I could ask, one of the front desk associates had come over to assist me. Secondly, was the doctor's assistant who was very experienced at her job. She was able to do a EKG print out on me in less than 2 minutes without shaving my chest or fumbling around with the connectors. Thirdly, there was the doctor. Dr. Solanki, who asked me a host of questions. One of which was a question about a previous procedure I had in which I couldn't remember the doctor's name. Dr. Solanki was able to provide me with two names in which one of them I recognized as being the doctor of the procedure. I love it when whoever I'm working with listen to me and is able to form a game plan. God bless! I can be long winded sometimes.
