Never in my life have I ever in 40 years been disrespected or talked to by any doctors office the way I have been these past few weeks at this office I was referred to a cardiologist from the ER the doctor at this office cleared me from any heart related issues and referred me instead to see a neurologist. The doctor at this office for cardiology had told me that when I picked out a neurologist to contact their office back for them to send over a referral to the neurologist. 6 weeks later I am still trying to get this office to send over the referral. When I have called Florida heart and explain to them that the neurology office still did not receive the referral the office manager became very mean yelling at me stating that they have sent the referral and they are not going to send it again and that they have other patients to take care (As Their Office was empty)... I asked for a copy of the referral to personally hand delivery it to my Nero doc and instead the doctor only wrote on a doctor's prescription note that he is referring me to see a neurologist of my choice! There was no explanation or any of the symptoms I was going through written on the suppose referral. When I arrived at my neurologist the office stated that this doctor knew exactly what he was doing and he knew that this is not a legal referral that any specialist doctor can accept. For months I have show severe neurological symptoms, even possible stroke episodes from what the cardiologist doctor said . This is terrible what I have been going through with this cardiology office I pray no one ever has to go through this, I pray anyone at all who is referred here use caution and wisdom. The front office staff acts like patients are a bother to them

I like Dr. Kolaventy; however, I did not like the fact that my latest labs (which were done on 7/27) somehow did not make it into my file and I was not able to review them myself on the portal. The doctor informed me that they will be doing their own lab work in house and all future results will be on the portal. I believe some of the confusion arose because the labs were ordered by Dr. Rosario, but that still troubles me that they were not in my file.

Met with the Doctor for my first time. I like how after reviewing my chart, checking my EKG & doing a short physical, he came up with a game plan for me with some tests which he will review. Everyone was very friendly.

I have experienced excellent visits since I have been under Dr.Kolaventy's care. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!

The good Dr. has been caring for me since I retired in Ocala. He is direct and consistent with his approach to healthcare. Basically, he truly cares, that alone is refreshing.
