Dr. Lanlou is great but the staff at this facility are absolutely HORRIBLE! They all hate their jobs. How do you wake up first thing in the morning and already upset? Just going to put it out there if you're a person of color find another Cardiologist becuase staff at this office are gross and need training. The girl at billing tossed my card on the desk. It's was the worst experience EVER!!! Currently looking for a new cardiologist just so I don't have to step foot in this office again.

Great office! Dr Lou and the nurse practitioners are all very smart, knowledgeable and caring. They stay on top of all the tests we need to keep us healthy. They followed my husband for a heart murmur, aortic stenosis and afib. All with good results. We highly recommend Dr Lan Lou and her staff. We've been with them for about 10 years.

Saw Dr Tongs Nurse Practitioner today, 4/4/25. I can't remember her name but she was as lovely as could be. She listened and explained things very clearly. I love Dr Tong but struggle to understand her so it helps to have one of her team members. Overall I have always had a great experience with the entire team. I've been a patient for many years and have never had a bad experience.

Nice Doctors office, pleasent atmosphere, only problem is that it's hard to get them on the phone, otherwise very professional.

Dr. Mittle and his team go far and byond what they have too. They found a heart a small murmur and are keeping an eye on it. When my both of my legs, ankles and feet, Dr. Mattle and his team again jumped right on. Though all the major water retention is gone, as i am now part of the team because it is my body, i have to keep an eye on. You will not find a better Chardioloist then Dr. Mattle. 10/10 Thank you.
