He saved my life back in 2015, I will be forever grateful to him

I feel confident that my cardiac issues are being well maintained by the leadership of Dr Balzano. When he moved to the newest and very nice facility in N. Venice, I chose to follow him and drive the extra distance (from Englewood) to keep him as my cardiologist. He's a straight shooter and I expect (and respect) that with my healthcare providers.

Office is terrible. We reached on time for appointment. We were late a little bit because of paperwork due to their incorrect address on google. Very unprofessional and do not value patients time. We never receive any paperwork that needs to be filled up. You are wrong here because you value tight strict schedule policy that is fine however, you dont even have the correct address on file for people to find you. Before you impose strict regulations on your patients, you and your office need to examine your own work ethic and what you advertise to your patients. If you dont have value for your patients, we won't value you either. You are not the only cardiologist in town! This was first appointment that was scheduled. But after what happened today, we will never ever return to this doctor or schedule any appointments with First Physicians Group anymore. You need to update your address!

I have been a patient of Dr. Balzano for about 6 years. He is extremely competent, compassionate, thorough, and one of my favorite Physicians. Several of my friends also see Dr. Balzano and are equally impressed. Your heart health is in great hands if you choose to use him.. He is very down to earth, pleasant, and spends the extra time with you during exams, consultation's, and and follow up procedures. He's a great Doctor and a GOOD MAN ! Period !

First visit and impressed with both the office and the Doctor. Took his time . Great personality and easy to talk to.
