An unsanitary blood draw! This morning the nurse Doreen didn't use gloves, had super long and dirty nails and had all items in questionable tray that didn't look clean. Avoid any blood work done here. When I called to report - I was not connected to the practice manager. I was placed on a long hold and after I hang up and called back - they stopped picking up.
I have been going to this office for over 20 years. Same staff unbelievable service. Teresa, Alma, Doreen and now Dr. Lopez I want to thank you all for being a place I can truly trust and come to with anything and always treated special and pointed to great referral specialists when needed. I can't give enough praise, truly. They are NOT the norm. They are extraordinary. Thank you for always being there for me and my family.
Decided to try this clinic as it was the nearest location from me. I came in as a walk-in & was seen by the doctor within 10 mins. That was great. Dr. Lopez is caring & actually took the time to speak with me. Nowadays, when was the last time a doctor had a conversation with you. I highly recommend & will be coming back as this place will be my main primary care.
