The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experience going to a private medical service. It's people take LONG TIME before taking you to see the specialist. I WONT COME BACK HERE ANYMORE. I WAITED almost 2 HOURS to talk to the specialist. This place is MUCH worst than a public hospital from any poor country.
Heisu Research is one of the best clinic I ever been to, the stuff are super friendly, the Doctors they super profesional, the Meds ready on the same day, X-Ray done on the same day, meaning everything is ready on the same day, Thanks Heisu Reseach
If I could give 0 stars I would do it Came here to an appointment at 10am I waited for 3 hours!! And nobody gave me an answer they just told to wait for the doctor and the doctor never came I could see that everyone was walking past and doing NOTHING I feel like they was making this just because I'm from Colombia because they was receiving everyone except me Don't go to this place!!! It will save you time and a bas moment
EDITED: I will not be erasing my original review because I am not ashamed of telling my own experience. Because of this review, I was called by this center to discuss my concerns. They mentioned how this was an unfair assessment of their employees. Let me say that the employees are NOT the main problem here. The problem is entirely in the scheduling system and the incredible wait times. Reviews are to tell my personal experiences and help you decide. Not to serve as positive marketing. This was not the place for me. _______________ If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was the first endocrinologist I've had, and the only good thing about this place is the cafecito. Terrible service. They will book 10 people for the same appointment time and then have you wait HOURS for your turn. I once had to wait 3 hours past my appointment time for a LAB REVIEW because the doctor refused to do a telehealth call. My last straw was when I came in to get my labwork done again, and they treated me like a new patient and claimed I was never scheduled for lab work. This is a hospital, not a social club, and the cafecitos are definitely not enough to keep me here. Do yourself a favor and find a different doctor, unless you have nothing better to do but drink coffee and talk at the doctors.
I have been a patient of this center for more than 10 years, this center has amazing service and attentive employees! Their IV therapies are great and have helped me a lot over the years.
