Dr. Lindsay is always so understanding and kind whenever I see her. She's quick to try to find the root of any issues. She answers and explains things to me. The ladies at the desk are always kind .

I just had my first appointment today with Lindsey Watson Here in new Smyrna Beach . She is truly an incredible healthcare provider, very knowledgeable of my orthopedic situation and gave me an insight into my upcoming surgery. truly concerned about my health and well-being.

I would actually give 0 stars if it were an option. Their billing office is terrible, I've been fighting a wellness visit that my insurance paid for, even bringing in the proof from my insurance company 2x and they still continue to "update " my account with the $220 charges. You cannot get a hold of anyone in the billing department because the voice mail is full and then unfortunately you have to contact the receptionist who to be fair were more than helpful, but clearly unable to fix said issue. Also my primary MD retired from last year and when going in recently for an issue was seen by a PA who had 0 listening skills.

1. The office manager at the Nsb location is border line disrespectful and needs to be trained on customer service. 2. Her boss told the rep he'd get in touch with me however I guess he really didn't care and never did- "apparently the owner" 3. This office has one Dr and the place closes down when she's not in- I called 3 times last week on different days to address what I have going on and the phone keeps ringing and no option for voicemail. 4. I called today- no answer the phone kept ringing. What the heck guys. Conclusion- this a small office with a Dr who cares while no one else does. The other staff members are either not responding or make you feel terrible for calling about your health and ruining the experience for the patients. After the owner didn't hold up to his word these issues started making more sense. It's frustrating having to switch Dr office, you guys are supposed to make dealing with health issues better for patients not worse. I'd advise everyone to go to an established office and consider this one once they address their issues. Or change owners.

The phone number just takes you to a lady saying "please hold" and will indefinitely keep you on hold. I tried several times, same thing. This is just to remove my email address from their spam aimed at a third person and not me. And try to hire people who want to take phone calls and do their job.
