From the call to make the appointment to all of the office staff and especially Dr. Shah, everyone was exceptional! I barely had time to sit before I was taken back. That was my first visit and my second visit exceeded my expectations. The care is top notch and Dr. Shah is genuinely compassionate about his patients. Best experience of any Dr's office ever!

Everything went well and as expected. Our review ths past week went as expected. Little to concern myself with and I look forward to seeing him in the near future for other events.

I retained my appointment today and I am extremely displeased in the care I received by Dr. Rachit Shah. This appointment was made over three months ago. When he came in he asked what brought me in. I stated that my records should entail all the details. He furthered by saying he wants my explanation... I was perplexed but I went into detail of my diagnosis from my previous cardiologist and the testing that was concluded a few months prior, as well as my referral to an electrophysiologist. He audaciously iterates and notes in my chart that he has no finding of my heart condition and thinks my symptoms are caused elsewhere. I then ask him if he overviewed my test results. After the third time of asking him he finally admits he does not have my records and never received them. How does one make such a brazen confident statement from five minutes of conversation without viewing any prior testing as well as noting it in a medical chart? I curiously asked if this was the case why did no one reach out to me to gather the documentation needed? Especially since this appointment was made so far in advance. Instead of taking accountability and acknowledging that he was not prepared for this appointment he shift the blame to external sources and gaslit my symptoms. This whole encounter was completely unacceptable and showed true incompetence on his behalf.

Dr Shah is very kind and provides excellent coverage discussion of the patient's condition. His office staff from the check in to prepping the patient are very friendly and listens to the patient. I highly recommend Dr Shah.
