Played Google doctor and scared myself but for somewhat of a good reason. Felt a sensation ive never felt before upon stabbing my finger pretty deeply. Needless to say everyone made the situation a whole lot better and aside from the good news the better thing I got out of it was an updated tetanus shot that I haven't had since I dont remember when but its been a while. This isnt the first time ive been to this hospital either. I have had stomach issues before and granted the 2 doctors who saw me for that didnt diagnose me correctly it was resolved with a wonderful female doctor who seemed to listen to me rather than flush me through and out of the hospital (this was during covid mind you so I get the stress but if I test negative clearly something else is the issue). After she pinned down what my issue was she provided me with options and a good in house surgeon who could perform the surgery I needed done when I decided to go through with it. Needless to say this hospital, surgeon, nurses, and that 1 doctor plus the one for my finger were great. Id say your in pretty good hands with them. Plus I got a good laugh on this last visit about the arm thing that takes your pressure haha. Id also like to update this after recalling I was brought here after a pretty gnarly accident my ambulance crew i remembered from that show where they follow around the ems units and I remembered the one guy in the back who had a sick ass mustache even asked him and he laughed amd said yeah it was him. Crazy I recognized him while I was floaty off the drugs I was given for pain but again they were all great I was taken care of tremendously well from that accident so thank you to all the staff and workers there! And to all the ems units but specifically that one ill forever remember that night though it was devastating for me and my first car.

This hospital is way too dramatic when it comes to its security . You have to go through a metal detector before you can visit and they'll only allow you in with ID. If you have an average size family you'll be forced to wait in a narrow hall by the front desk because they strictly only allow two visitors at a time. Every room has surveillance cameras and a posted code of conduct . When you're finished you have to return your visitor pass to the front desk. They had me place it on an old clipboard so they can check me out. What I don't like about that is that everyone going in or out of the hospital can now see my name and picture. This kinda felt like a violation of my privacy. This hospital does not appear to be welcoming and made me feel like I was visiting family in a prison. Nobody goes to a hospital for fun so this whole process seems absolutely out of touch and unnecessary.

My husband is a diabetic. He was in the hospital for a week. He had 2 surgeries. During all that time, he couldn't have a regular meal because of his medical condition. Even though he was being served a liquid diet and a limited diet after his surgeries, they never gave him anything to eat or drink that was appropriate for someone with diabetes. Everything had high sugar content and his blood sugar level was over 160. He was given inappropriate, inadequate, uncaring care the entire duration of his time in the hospital. And, yes he and I complained multiple times. If you are a diabetic, bring your own supplies. I was told by a Doctor who was caring for my husband, "Bring In The Crystal Light and We Will Serve It." Diabetics BEWARE!

The pepole are great but yeah it does seem to take a long time to hear anything or get anyone to too to tell yu anything or what's going on. However a big plus is the food!!! Great food at the cafeteria and very reasonably price!!! The food served to the patients is great also ,very good and lots of it. Very caring staff! I would always come here .

The care I received was excellent. From the moment I entered the hospital and throughout my stay, the care from the surgeons, nurses, and assistants was wonderful. The lady who brought me my meals, the cleaning lady, everyone treated me with love. I am truly grateful and will always remember them for caring for me with such love and care during what was the most difficult time of my life. God bless you all.
