My appointment was a certain time & that is when I actually saw her. No patient stacking in her office & that is much appreciated. Her ability to make me comfortable, lower my stress level & communicate was excellent.

This was my first visit and I just moved down here to be near my daughter. Dr. Masson Seemed very pleasant, caring and efficient. She has scheduled an echo for me coming up in February..

Good listener, fully explains symptoms, diagnosis and recommended treatments & interventions. Very happy with her care.

Dr Sarah Deleon Mansson was very through she took her time and answered any questions and concerns I had about my new diagnosis and explained what my testing results showed and also sent me for additional testing to just rule out any other issues. Office staff were all very nice and friendly. I felt much more informed about my health issue & also very relieved after I had my visit with her. Wonderful Dr. & office Staff.

I had a 2nd appointment to check my afib Dr M said I should have a stress test SO HER OFFICE gave me the order and set up the appointment. When I got to the hospital 7:30 AM I' was told the code the had put on the order was not covered by Medicare and if I wanted to pay out of pocket would would be MANY THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. I left and went back to the doctors office for a new referral and a rescheduled appointment. I went today and was told my appointment was at another hospital about 25minutes away not at the hospital across from where I live. So they tried to reschedule but I now have to wait 6 weeks. One screw up after another.
