Surprise... from the first moment I spoke on the phone with Michelle who moved mountains to schedule all appointments for my ablation in time before I went north again, to having George my Nurse Practitioner answer my multitude of questions before and after meeting Dr. Sublette...who was just perfect... I truly felt the love and am confident I made the right choice in trusting my heart/life with her. I canceled an ablation at another hospital just 2 weeks prior due to a condescending Dr. and his snide office staff. Back to NCH Rooney Heart Institute ... Michelle not only scheduled me but also left an envelope with all my instructions and her hand written notes to make sure I have everything addressed. All I can say is... THIS is how to treat your patients!

Samantha Sublette MD (Electrophysiologist) is a talented and highly skilled cardiologist. I was so lucky to have her as my EP after I was hospitalized for heart issues. The ablation procedure that she performed went smoothly with no pain or discomfort. Everybody on her team were excellent from the nurses to the Anesthesiologist. She definitely meets the definition of a top doctor in my opinion.
