Lake Cardiology

Dr doesn't know what he is doing and trying to cover his misreading on my report. During my appointment, constantly picking up his personal calls from his family and answering questions about other patients question from the phone in the same room with me. My appointment experience is really a joke.

After waiting over a month for an appointment, my fiance and I drove the hour and a half to see this doctor. Checked in 15 minutes early to fill out new patient paperwork, were told the receptionist was still out at lunch so they couldn't copy his insurance card but fill out our paperwork, which we promptly did and turned in.Then we proceeded to sit there for 45 minutes before anyone asked if we had turned in our paperwork. Thirty minutes after that, we were still sitting there. Mind you, there were no other patients in the waiting room so we certainly didn't get lost in the after lunch appointment rush. One hour after the appointment time, I approached the front desk and inquired how much longer. The response was "maybe" 15 more minutes. Nope. We left. We are both medical professionals. We both fully understand the importance of quality patient care. And that wasn't it. People who come to see a cardiologist come because they are having a problem. This is people's lives that we are talking about. We made the trip because of the radio commercials and because we felt that this office had the technology and caring atmosphere to help us with my fiances symptoms. And he was excited to come. I truly don't see a caring staff. Maybe the doctor does, I'll give him the benefit of the doubt, or maybe not if he feels its acceptable to leave a new patient in the waiting room for an hour.

Had a 10:30am apt dr ddint show up untill 12pm will never go back

Dr. Kronhaus is such a kind and caring doctor. He goes above and beyond what "normal" doctors do. I was having a problem with my blood pressure dropping from a new Rx affecting it. I had left a message on the voicemail and he himself called me back. He's very thorough in what he does and he definitely cares about his patients.

Drove my Step Dad to Lake for an appointment. We were told we could leave my car there and walk to dinner following the appointment. Upon return we were met by a black man who was beligerant and refused to give his name. He screamed that we were fortunate that he didn't lock us in and that it was private property. After this exchange wich included many 4- letter words I won't go back to this business
