Christopher Ramsaran, MD CAQSM

I came to this office to get my physical evaluation and vaccination records approved by Dr. Ramsaran, something which should be quite simple. He didn't take much time or care with the physical. He said he would order a chest xray due to me voicing a concern for chest pain, but he never ordered it. He looked at my vaccine records and told me my Tdap was out of date, to which I told him I may have gotten it done for a job within the last two years but I do not have that record and their office would take far too long to respond in time for me to start school. I did my research and the CDC says it is safe to get a repeat Tdap in this time frame, but he convinced me he would expedite the communication process with the separate office and contact me soon if this did not work so I would not need a repeat Tdap because it was "unsafe." He said in that case a follow up appointment would be easy to find, but now he is not available until the very end of December which is far too late. He did not follow up with me after two weeks so now I have to go and schedule my own Tdap. I called his office back and they said they would speak with the doctor and call me back later in the day. It is now the following day and I am still uninformed. The doctor believes his opinion outweighs that of the CDC itself, and the office lacks the organization and communication to take proper care of their clients. I called memorial and they left him an urgent message yesterday which they still have not responded to. His office will likely respond to this comment with 'concern' or saying there was a fault in communication along the lines, but the truth is they are just careless. Do nor come here.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE OFFICE!!! Despite that I have Memorial Primary Care with another doctor, other offices will see you but this office. They state you cannot be seen unless he is your primary. Rude office receptionist. Memorial doctors in other locations will see you but here. Useless if they don't work with you. Do not get this Dr as your primary.

Dr. Ramsaran is one of the kindest people you will ever meet. He is very professional, helpful and the wait time at his office is very reasonable unlike other places which make you wait for almost an hour! The front office staff is nice as well! I would definitely recommend his practice.

Outstanding doctor, possessing extensive knowledge and experience. Demonstrates exceptional bedside manner. I have been his patient for 5 years and continue to receive excellent care. I wholeheartedly recommend him repeatedly.

It was bad enough that he gave me untrue stats on a particular medicine, then I had to insist to be on a medication after he prescribed another med that I absolutely didn't need. Then after being on my meds I sent a msg to ask that the dosage be lowered, he sent in the same dosage I wanted lowered then sent in a different medication that I am not authorized to take. After contacting the office 3 more times, no one ever got back to me on what was truthfully going on so I got ghosted by this office. I can not recommend going here.
