Ascension Sacred Heart Emerald Coast

If you have to be in a hospital, this hospital is the one to be in. All of the staff were so helpful and supportive! I was brought to the ER with my husband who has dementia, they took great care of me and my husband. The nurses, Jordan, Leslie and Maddie from the second floor were so caring, taking such wonderful care of my husband and me. They are a great asset to the hospital. Great doctors too. One of the best hospitals I have ever been admitted to. Keep up the amazing job.

I am 71 years old and just had Robotic hip replacement 2 days ago, performed by Dr. Seales at Ascension Sacred Hopspital Emerald Coast. The entire process was so professional and at the same time so caring. Everyone on the team, from check in to the surgeon, nurses, speciality nurses, anesthesiologists etc were awesome. I am doing so well 2 days later, amazing!!

I've had both hip replacements done at Ascension Sacred Heart Emerald Coast. My first was July/25 and the other November/25. I can not say enough about how wonderful my experience has been. Dr. Markowski, all of his assisting nurses during surgery, Alexis my admitting nurse and recovering nurse Mandy went above and beyond to meet my needs and care. Dr. Markowski's expertise shines through, he is absolutely amazing. Everyone at the facility has the best bedside manners. They all are very professional and personable. They are very comforting and caring. I received the best care during and after my procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Markowski and Ascension Sacred Heart to everyone. They all are the BEST! I can't thank you enough for making my time there comforting and a pleasure! Thank you all so much! I appreciate you all!

5 days PP and I just have to brag about the care I received here! I live 2 hours away, but when I read the mission statement for Labor & Delivery and saw all the reviews about how great this hospital is I called my insurance and had them put in a referral to Ascension at 35 weeks. My OB was Dr Tidwell, who was really good about informing me on my risk/benefits and what to think about in terms of care going forward. I ended up getting induced at 39+6 through the L&D Family Birth Place and all the nurses were absolutely wonderful! A huge shout out to my last two nurses, Joanne and Catherine Clare! They were so encouraging through the whole delivery and even while I was being difficult Catherine believed in me all the way through. Dr Sledge was the delivery Dr, and I thought his communication throughout the process was also very good. The post birth cleanup crew was great along with the post partum nurses, the lactation consultant (Christine), and the other nurses who came in were lovely ladies as well! The staff here is amazing, 10/10 would give birth here again! Thank you for making my first delivery a great experience!

This is a wonderful hospital; I can't say enough about how they saved my life with the diagnosis of Legionnaires pneumonia. From the moment I entered until I checked out, 9 days later, I was treated with the utmost care!! I have to shout out to the doctors: Estes, Morelock and Arrazola; to the nurses: Savannah, Ellie, Jillian, Carson, Brandy, Amber, Stacey, Leslie, Breanna, Kathy, Kaitlyn and sorry I'm sure I missed a few; Respriatory: Shannon, Christina, Emily, Emma, Ralph, again missing some, Meals: Ms. Petrona, Keenan, Michelle, MaKayla, again missing some, other names: Dr. Chen, Christopher, Madison, Rory, Desiree, etc. All were so professional and caring. Many spent time talking and sharing experiences, listening to my concerns and making me feel better and just laughing. Through Jesus Christ, my husband, this loving and professional hospital and many prayers, I was healed and able to leave, breathing and ready to live again. I highly recommend Ascension Sacred Heart Emerald Coast Hospital to anyone, especially if you are experiencing an emergency and want to get the utmost care!!
