Terrible experience! They scheduled me at 8:00, and I waited for more than an hour without being seen. The doctor was nowhere to be found, and when I complained, the assistant had the audacity to tell me: "imagine, what do you want me to do?". That is a complete lack of respect and professionalism! I wasted my time and patience. I will never go back to that place, not even by mistake. Absolutely useless!

I had a horrible experience at your office today, and I feel it's important to speak up because no patient deserves to be treated this way. The front desk staff member I dealt with was incredibly rude and dismissive. I was simply trying to confirm whether my insurance policy was a family plan, and instead of taking the time to assist me properly or speak to an actual representative, she called the automated line, put it on speaker, and let it announce that my name "didn't show up." That's not only unhelpful--it's completely unprofessional and humiliating. When I tried to ask for further help, she responded with a rude, "Well, who's going to pay for it?" tone. I've never been treated this way in a medical setting--especially by someone who's supposed to be the first point of contact for patients. This experience left me feeling disrespected, embarrassed, and completely unsupported. I understand that insurance issues can be complicated, but kindness and basic professionalism are not negotiable. I truly hope this behavior is addressed. No patient should walk away feeling like this.

Highly recommend the office. The staff and doctor are very professional and caring. The office is very clean and well kept. They offer flexible appointment times and are very time efficient not only with your appointment time buy also medical records.

I was initially satisfied with the doctors at this practice, particularly Dr .Elvira de Silva, until I actually needed a doctor to address medical needs. I had multiple emergency room visits, chronic dehydration despite drinking tubs of pedialyte, inability to eat for days and additional symptoms leading to me being unable to function. This was an emergency. I went and was charged for multiple visits and was eventually referred to a psychiatrist because they didn't believe me. Within a week, a new primary was able to diagnose me and I was having a Chrohn's flare up. I had never been diagnosed with Chrohn's. These people are good and nice, until you truly need medical issues to be addressed.
