Reginald D. Locklear is all I can say. Top tier transparent. He connect ans spoke to my 15 year old caring, assuring with big brother with a hint of fatherly love. I went in this appointment wanting a woman. I walked out overwelmed with joy that divinity did what was best for both myself and my daughter.

The front desk of Pediatric Associates needs to be trained or re-trained and be knowledgeable and upfront with all customers. Pediatric Associates Skylake will tell one price that you pay on the visit day and then they will send you another bill for something else, which is unacceptable in a pediatric office or any office. I need to know upfront what I am paying for and how much. I need to be able to agree and have a choice. That should be simple as ABC. But it is not in that Skylake Pediatric Associate office. They overcharge you and they don't tell you but you will find out when it comes in the mail. This is what happened to us. We came for a visit and they told us one price which we paid. But then they say that some of the services that they provided were not included in that price. Shouldn't you tell your patients everything especially about the costs so people could make an informed decisions??? This is a no brainer. But it is so unfortunate when Pediatric Associated prioritizes profits over people.

The front desk is extremely rude, which is unacceptable in a pediatric office, it gives the DMV vibes. We arrived 15mins before appointment and waited for 1.5hr. Doctor itself was very polite and professional, the only reason it's not 1 star.

I took my 16-month-old son to see Dr. Gina Colaizzo on November 1st. We made appointment but still waited for more than an hour, but the doctor spent barely five minutes with us. She briefly looked at my son, told me he only had a common cold, and then immediately moved on to the next patient. The very next day, my son developed rapid breathing and had to be taken to the ER. He was later diagnosed with two viral infections and was admitted to the ICU, where he stayed for three days. As a parent, watching my baby suffer and knowing that his condition worsened because the initial doctor did not take his symptoms seriously is heartbreaking. I filed a complaint with pediatric associate, hoping they would investigate the situation. However, a month has passed with no response at all. Instead, I received a bill. When I called them again to follow up and request an explanation, I was coldly told that if I did not pay the bill, it would be sent to collections. I am extremely disappointed in this place. It feels like the priority is making money, not providing proper care for children. What happened to my son should never happen to any family.

My child was sick. I had no appointment I went to one Pediatric associate office they were book Only one doctor there and I decided to go to the skyLake office. They were very helpful in there PA Reginald Locklesf was fantastic he should become a doctor himself very attentive, very cheerful trying to keep you from thinking of your child Being sick 10 out of 10.
