The worst doctor office I've been in my life. I was there for a small lesion on an eyelid. With appointment, the waiting time was 3 hours. Even before seeing the doctor, the technician wanted to dilate my pupils. The medical equipment is very outdated, it remember me those ones used 20 years ago. The doctor was very unprofessional. What a shame google does not have CERO STAR RATING!!!.

Horrible customer service. The front desk receptionist wouldn't even acknowledge my existence. After a half an hour of waiting, and several attempts to try to get her attention, she finally got off the phone and provided me with the questionnaire for first time visitors. When I gave her an electronic insurance card she told me she couldn't accept it. I asked to speak to the manager, and when she finally graced me with her presence, she told me that they did not have an office email to print my insurance card (because the average age of their patients was 80) and my wait time will be well over a hour (even though there were only 2 patients in the waiting room). It's crazy that doctors can be so clueless and allow individuals like this to run their office.
