You can't set an appointment with the OB/GYN department directly - you have to wait for them to call you. It's been 1 week and I haven't gotten a call back. It's discriminatory towards women to go through so many hoops to get an appointment. I can get a cardiology or neurology appointment immediately but not a OB/GYN for a pap smear? Garbage and misogynist.

This has been a highly disappointing experience. I requested a referral three weeks ago, and they assured me that it was in place. However, when I arrived for my appointment, the referral was not there, causing unnecessary delays and frustration. When I called the office on Biscayne, I had to wait for over 25 minutes, only to be hung up on when I inquired about the referral. They mentioned that they don't have enough staff to handle referrals efficiently. This lack of organization and communication is unacceptable, especially when dealing with urgent medical issues like a retina problem. I even went to the office in Miami Shores to speak with the manager, but unfortunately, they were not available at that time. This has happened before, and it's deeply concerning that they seem to overlook the importance of timely and proper care for their patients. While the doctors themselves may be skilled, the overall experience is marred by the inefficient and unresponsive administrative staff. As a patient, I feel neglected and uncared for. Medical matters are critical, and every effort should be made to ensure patients receive the necessary attention and support. I hope they take my feedback seriously and address these issues promptly to prevent other patients from facing similar challenges. It's crucial for healthcare providers to value their patients' time and well-being, and I expect a higher level of service from a reputable medical facility.

The worst visited 10990 biscayne Blvd,suite #19 Miami,FL 33161 clinic twice and both experience was horrible, if your not hispanic they don't seem to care to help. The office manager has a nasty attitude. My first visit I came in early and have to wait over an hour to see Dr.Leon and the lab tech had me waiting as well. It's not only about the wait it's the attitudes they didn't care about me,I hated that I ever schedule this clinic worst experience ever.... I wish I could give zero stars

Dont come here if u have heart problems Dr Fernandez sucks don't even call back for important tests results, also if u need to get prescription refills no one answer ur calls for days ,i chase my echo gram for a week till i went & got it my self

Staff has been friendly thus far. Usually in and out under an hour from appointment time. Facility looks nice and is well kept.
