Mount Sinai Miami Shores

I had high hopes for my visit to Mount Sinai Miami Shores, thinking it would be a centralized space where my doctors could easily share information and provide a cohesive experience. Unfortunately, it's been the opposite. My doctor was transactional, with little effort to follow up considering my immediate needs. Communication was severely lacking--important updates and referrals were not shared directly with me but in some internal email system, leaving me out of the loop about next steps. After taking the time out to place multiple calls asking for the doctor to call me, I finally received a follow-up weeks later. Unfortunately, the entire experience has been unprofessional, frustrating, and far from what I expected from Mount Sinai.

Everyone was very pleasant. Ms. Viera took very good care of me as did Dr. Bangalore. It was my first time at their office , but I was well taken care of and will feel comfortable to return in the future.

My experience with Dr Fuentes office was great. He's one of the best and my favorite doctor, I always loved Mount Sinai. It's a great place to be treated with just the right doctors.

I have been waiting three weeks to review my blood work with my doctor, but despite my calls and messages still no luck. I have spent 4 hours today trying to get ahold of the doctor and front office and no still no luck, not even the call center can get anyone to answer from the office. What a joke of an operation, what patient has to remind a doctor or spend this much time following up to go over their own blood work. Lmfaoooo

I experienced significant dissatisfaction with the care provided by Frank Gurdian, MD. His unprofessional demeanor and lack of bedside manner were apparent during my endoscopy and colonoscopy procedures at Mount Sinai Hospital. Being totally disrespected and called a liar was especially upsetting. How regrettable! Unfortunately, I was not provided with my test results, and upon inquiry, I was informed that the earliest available appointment for a follow-up would be October 21st, which I find unacceptable. The scheduling process and overall behavior exhibited was inadequate.
