Michael J Hernandez, MD - Miami Pulmonary Specialists

There are very good pulmonologists in Miami-Dade and Dr. Hernandez is among the best. I know as I am in the business of evaluating Physicians. He also stands out given his obvious intetest in the patient's overall wellbeing. His friendly and disarming bedside manners are above most and he gives patients his full attention rather than hurriedly conduct the clinical exam in order to rush to the next pstient as it is common in many practices. His staff is courteous, efficient and addresses issues quickly without hassles. He is usually on time to see his patients. I highlights recomend PPSF.

My first visit with Dr. Hernandez a few weeks ago was pleasant. Wait time was minimal and customer service from the staff was excellent. Now, I will not be returning. The staff is charging $150 cash for telemedicine visits when my insurance covers it, and also telling me my copay went up to $50. Interestingly, they were unable to provide anything in writing - too much liability? Shame on y'all.

My wife, Vivian Sanchez, has been a patient of Dr. Hernandez for a while now, and she has received excellent care and service from him. He has demonstrated that he cares for his patients and is always tending to them in a professional and safe way. He has made a difference in her life! Thank you!
