I would changing from him take the time to explain the test results he just flash the paper work in my face when I asked him what would be causing my Heart racing he said he don't know check my pressure and walk out no blood test not saying let try another test or other options won't be going back he rushed in and out Bad doctor

Dr.Coy and the staff are Great! The process is very efficient...they send numerous appointment reminders keeping me mindful of the appointment...awesome for me with a hectic travel schedule. Also, unlike 99% of other doctor's appointments...once in the office lobby, Dr. Coy's team gets you in super quick...very short waiting times for your name to be called and get the process going. Dr. Coy is very engaging, tells you exactly what is going on with your heart health in an understandable way. I highly recommend Dr.Coy and his team! Markus Adams

Nobody answers the phone. I have been on hold for over two hours or more then the phone hangs up. Nobody has picked up on any of the lines or called me back. Left a message on the supervisors voicemail but not confident I'll receive a call back. I had an appointment with Dr. Coy to read my test results. He handed me the results and told me to read them myself and everything was normal which it wasn't. I told him he's the doctor and it is inappropriate for him to tell me to read my cardiology results and it was his job to explain why there were obvious problems. He needs to thoroughly explain my test results and plan on how he is going to move forward with my treatment. Also, there was a discrepancy on the report which needs to be corrected. At this point I've been on the phone for 3 hours and still can't talk to anyone. Not impressed. Getting ready to file a complaint with the medical board for below standard care and unprofessionalism. I have not found Dr. Coy to be thorough at all. He rushes through each appointment and doesn't explain anything. I'm trying to give the office to pick up the phone to address this issue before calling the Board but it's apparent they don't care about their patients just collecting money. Unfortunately because Dr. Coy came highly recommended. Tgen again, people just put up with inadequate care and don't complain.

The team at the office was amazing. Friendly, informative, and very professional. Soraya , Gregory the imaging techs. Just a wonderful experience. For such a sensitive yet scary health issue the group is phenomenal. The reputation of Dr Coy is limited to his successes in surgery & medical skills. He is authentic. Truly cares for your health and spends the time to understand his patients. 100% recommended
