Kendall Regional Medical Center: Heart & Vascular Institute

This place is a disgraceful circus, starring its clowns....nurses and doctors. I have a relative trapped in the middle of negligent incapable health care workers.....I had never seen anything so mediocre and unprofessional. The mistreatment and carelessness for patients is what I have been witnessing every day I visit my relative.....one star is too much

My husband was getting surgery here and they have everyone arrive at 6am for no reason. I was told his appointment was at 6am, but that was not the case. He sat there waiting, cold and hungry, for 8 hours before they called him back in for his surgery. It was a 12 hour day for us for a 10 min procedure. They communicate nothing. They don't tell you the schedule and they have no respect for you or your time. Even when patient is moved to recovery, they don't allow any family to be with the patient. We will never go to this hospital again. He was alone most of the time and I wasn't given any information. I waiting all day in the waiting room for nothing. If I had known I wasn't going to be allowed to be with him and it was going to be an all day thing, I would have dropped him off and picked him up later. But it seems that they're happy to waste your time. I had to emergency find people to drop off and pick up my kids from school and watch them late into the evening because we were told it was a quick procedure and I did not plan to be there over 12 hours.

Nurses are not attentive. Everyone ignores you. Unacceptable display of negligence.

My granddaughter Shawnique Bryant is in Kendall Regional Hospital and the doctors and nurses are taking very good care of her.

Poor service and communication , with not care at all, bathrooms not clean , food is really bad . I do not trust this place.
